Why do we inspect before charging?
Most of the time the service you book is all you need but sometimes after an inspection we may find something that needs to be fixed.
Transparency is important to us!
We will never carry out a repair without informing you first. If you decide not to go ahead with a repair we will return your bike to you free of charge.
